Ever wondered WHY we don't get accepted?

See, I'm wondering why one, we don't get accepted, some of us, and two why, even when we actually ask the Admins in private message, they don't respond. I get it they're busy, but I've written them many times asking why my character isn't being accepted, what I should change. If you feel the same, like your character is, essentially, being ignored, please reply to this. Thank you all.
