(the new/real)Rigner - Witch
STUDENT
NAME: Rigner
GENDER: Male
AGE: 10 years old
INFECTED: Witch
EYE COLOR: a deep green with gold streaks leading out from the pupil
HAIR COLOR: a light silver, almost white
APPEARANCE: Rigner has shiny silver hair coming down straight past his shoulders, this and his shy emotions making him an easy target. He wears white tees with buttons on the front, a pair of khaki jeans, bare feet and a bracelet around his wrist.
HEIGHT: 3 Ft. 9 In.
PERSONALITY: A shy little thing, Rigner can always be found hiding somewhere in an empty room or off away from people. He tries to avoid big crowds of people, unless someone breaks his train of thought or somehow touches his unseen, then he’ll run off away from them and look for a different room, preferably one locked, if he can find some other way in. He doesn’t go to his classes very often, sometimes skipping them to be away from the other students. If he can avoid people, he will, and even sometimes tries to hide himself behind his claws thinking these would block people’s view of him, making him invisible. He never likes fights, and if he got bullied by someone, he would more likely cry than fight back or rant and rave. He doesn’t really enjoy school, mostly tolerates it so that he can go home sooner, and pretend he’s getting an education so that his “mother” wouldn’t be upset with him.
INTERACTION WITH OTHER STUDENTS: Rigner is new to school, just starting as of today. Thus, he wouldn’t really know anyone. He tries to keep his distance for the most part, the reason being he is so shy he can never get up the courage to speak to anyone. And since no one ever spoke to him first he never met anyone before now. Now that he is in school, however, some of the other students pick on him, especially the brute tanks who think they’re so tough because they’re so much stronger than everyone else. He tries to avoid the if he can, or just run away from anyone he sees.
INTERACTION WITH TEACHERS: As said above, he is new to school, so he wouldn’t really know anyone. Usually he tries to ignore everyone, except for when the teachers startle him with their booming voices, shouting or slapping on his desk. It’s unfair. He’s not ignoring them, he simply wants to disappear. Why can’t he just turn invisible? Instead, they take it as he’s not paying attention in class.
HISTORY/BIO: Rigner was infected at age ten, walking home in an infected town one night, right into a mob of infected unaware, thinking it would be safe. And besides, it might be sort of a shortcut to his house. He was taking slow steps along the gravel, being very cautious of everything around him, looking around nervously at every graffiti on the walls. Every bottle on the ground. Noticing someone else sitting there on the road crying, he, having felt this way before and wanting to just offer sympathy to this person, walked over and placed his hand on their shoulder. He was about to tell her it was alright when the woman- now apparent from the two bumps on her chest- spun around with a groaning sound, almost like a question, and started clawing at him. Eventually he pushed her off, but not before she could claw him up pretty badly. But instead of clawing non-stop, like all witches usually did, she saw something different about him. He acted alot like her.. and was shying away, where most survivors would try fighting back. He was afraid of her! but it wasn't just he was scared, he had this... odd connection with her that neither could place. She felt drawn to turn him, to have a child...even if by infection and not birth. So she bit him, making sure to rub her tongue across the bite marks to get some of her saliva into the wound. Rigner, very scared of this seemingly insane feemale, ran into a small, dark corner to try and hide himself. The wound had still been bleeding and in agonising pain for at least an hour. Then, just when he thought she wuld finally get up and just end him... he blacked out. When he awoke... he noticed soomething- he didn't know what- was very different about him. From that day on they had been mother and son, and he always looked up to her for any advice she could- and would- offer.
Before infection, lived with his mother in a small house, a very polite kid who was always eager to learn. That is, until his first bully. Like every morning he went to elementary school with a huge book on the planets and the stars. Some obese kid with freckles all over his face had pointed and laughed at him and said something inaudible from down the hall, before running towards him and knocking him in the jaw. Obviously he fell, letting go of his book, which afterwards was stepped on by the freckle-faced brute. Then he picked him up by his hair and dragged him into the men’s room. You can guess what happened then… After that everyone laughed at him, pointing fingers and yelling “geek”. From then on he always hid from everyone, afraid they would laugh at him again, or try bullying him. When he was nine and a half, his mother had given him a pearl bracelet she made herself with some crafting materials, and since it symbolized Mom he never took it off again. Even while sleeping, he wore it on his wrist, just being very careful when turning over as to not break any of the pearls strung together.
FAMILY: He lives with his “Mother”, the one who turned him.
LIKES: Mom, the pearl bracelet, being alone, reading.
DISLIKES: Bullies, large crowds of people.
